About me
Hi. I’m Carrie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I started my private practice in 2003 with the goal of helping others find peace and joy in their lives. My goal as your therapist is to leave you in a better place than I found you. You and I will work together to accomplish this mission. I offer individual counseling services for the stressed out, broken-hearted, over worked, under-appreciated, confidence-lacking, worn out, anxious and depressed. I use cognitive behavior and solution focused therapies to help you regain energy and focus in life. It’s possible and I can help you get there. I am a no BS type of person- in my personal life and at work. I work with my clients to quickly uncover the source of anxiety, depression and life dissatisfaction to achieve your goals.
In addition to being a counselor, I’m a mom, a wife, a sister, aunt and Mimi to my grandson Reed. I enjoy working, hanging out with my family, antiquing and craft fairs.
